The KGS Server Stats window provides information on how much data KGS has received and sent since startup, the number of users connected, the number of games played at once, etc. This window also provides the current latency in milliseconds for your connection to the KGS server. It is present only for the curious, there is never a time when you will have to check this window. Note that the "Max" column is the maximum value of the parameter since the server started and not a limit.
