February KGS+ Tournament, Daytime 2 (Winner: fj)

Welcome to the February KGS Plus tournament!

McMahon (bars at 10k and 1d), Simultaneous Schedule. Is McMahon right for you? People with lower ranks start with less points, but they get more balanced games. The time settings are 15 minutes Main time plus 10 Byo yomi periods of 15 seconds (15m + 15s x 10) , 1 round every 60min. Six rounds total, three rounds per day. Prizes are given out every round, so even if you don't think you can win your division, you still have a chance at getting a prize!

Important: Conditions for tournament entry:

Please respect your opponents, and don't ask a Bye when there are less than 8 players around.

Prizes

  1. The winner of Daytime 1 will get a free Korean-style Insei League place for a month, and 1 month of free KGS Plus.
  2. The winner of Daytime 2 will get a $24 gift certificate from Kiseido, and 1 month of free KGS Plus.
  3. The runner-ups of both divisions will get 1 month of free KGS Plus.
  4. The kyu players with the highest score in each division will get a $24 gift certificate from Kiseido and 2 weeks of free KGS Plus.
  5. Each round, 1 week of free KGS Plus will be awarded at random.
