May KGS+ Tournament, Asian/European daytime 2k and weaker division (Winner: a2g)

Welcome to the May KGS Plus tournament!

9x9, No handicap, double elimination! Fast rounds (5 minutes main time, 10 seconds times 3 Byo yomi periods), a round every 20 minutes. Prizes given out every round, so even if you don't think you can win your division, you still have a chance at getting a prize!

Important: The conditions for the Tournament entry:

Please respect your opponents, and don't ask a Bye when there are less than 8 players around.

Rules

Double Elimination, Simultaneous Schedule.

Prizes

  1. The winner of the European/American daytime Open division will get a free Korean-style Insei League place for a month, and 1 month of free KGS Plus.
  2. The winners of the Asian/European daytime Open division and American/European kyu division will get teaching games with a teacher from the AyGoSchool, and 1 month of free KGS Plus.
  3. The runner-up (player who loses the final game) of the Open divisions and of the European/American kyu division will get a $18 gift certificate from Kiseido, and 1 month of free KGS Plus.
  4. The winner of the Asian/European kyu division will get a $18 gift certificate from Kiseido and 2 months of KGS Plus.
  5. The runner-up (player who loses the final game) of the Asian/European kyu division will get 2 months of free KGS Plus.
  6. Each round, 1 week of free KGS Plus will be awarded at random.
