KGS Plus Licence
KGS Plus terms:
- There is a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee. In the first 30 days after you subscribe to KGS Plus, just send email to admin@gokgs.com and you will get all of your money back with no questions asked. The conditions below which limit refunds do not apply in any way during the first 30 days. This money back guarantee can only be used once per person.
- All KGS Plus sales are final.
- KGS Plus subscriptions are sold for use by a single person and may not be transferred or shared.
- In general, when KGS Plus states that a certain number of tournaments and lessons/lectures will occur, there will be that many events, but no guarantee is made that specific customers will be able to make use of these events. To be more specific:
- If a KGS Plus event is completely cancelled by KGS, a replacement event will be scheduled. Replacement events will be posted on the KGS Plus schedule.
- The times (and descriptions) of KGS Plus events is subject to change at any time. Customers who miss an event due to rescheduling, scheduling conflicts, or simply not seeing the schedule change in time will not be compensated for the missed event(s).
- If a customer is unable to make use of an event (for example, if the event is in a language that the customer does not understand, or if the event requires hardware such as a sound card that the customer does not own), there will be no compensation made to the customer.
- No compensation will be made for problems caused by network interruptions or hardware failures, whether they are at the customer's equipment, the KGS equipment, or any other equipment necessary for the customer's access to the KGS Plus event.
- No compensation will be made for software problems on the customer's computer or on the KGS server that prevent the user from making use of the KGS Plus events.
- KGS Plus users who are blocked from KGS at the time of a KGS Plus event will not be compensated for the missed event. Whether they are blocked for their own misbehavior, the misbehavior of somebody else using their same computer, an accident by a KGS admin, a malicious KGS admin, or a software bug, it does not matter. In all cases, they will not be compensated for the missed event.
- KGS Plus members are expected to follow KGS terms of service. KGS Plus accounts that are repeatedly a source of violations of the terms of service may be permanently disabled. If this happens, there will be no compensation of any kind for the unusable KGS Plus membership.
